The Fillings are prepared by hand and slowly cooked by us to ensure that the true flavour of the filling is not lost. The pastry has a light delicious crusty taste that melts in your mouth, which compliments our delicious fillings. Our meat pies and pasties have: **NO HYDROGENATED FATS** **NO COLOURS** **NO PRESERVATIVES** As an added bonus all of our pies can be frozen. We bake for the whole family to enjoy.
Meat Pies: 19 Gales has its own Butchery Department to constantly ensure the highest of quality, only the tastiest meat is selected. We pride ourselves on making meat pies containing no fat or gristle. All our meat pies are filled to the brim with succulent beef, finished off with a golden layer of pastry to perfectly top the pie.
Pasties:
Our own hand made Warwickshire Pasties are only made with the finest cuts of beef, minced to complement our local seasonal vegetables resulting in a delicious pastie. We ensure our meat pasties contain higher meat than vegetable content. We also bake vegetable pasties packed full of seasonal vegetables.
