Amanda established 2bhr ltd (formally alhr) in 1999. As Managing Director, she specialises in executive coaching, bespoke training solutions and senior level headhunting.

She employs a range of interventions, from large group facilitation, team build and management training schemes, through to personal change management. Working with management teams, Amanda enables businesses to set and meet challenging strategic plans and is frequently asked to carry out organisational reviews.

Working for both privately owned businesses and PLCs, her previous roles included various senior Retail Operations positions, Group Management Development, Human Resources Director and joint HR and Retail Operations Director. A graduate, she has supplemented her experience with further vocational qualifications including a Masters Degree in Human Resource Strategy, a Diploma in the Management of Training and is an accredited Psychometric tester. She is also a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner.
Amanda is the sole UK trainer for the CCHH (Centre Culturel de la Haute Horlogerie). This Foundation encourages and promotes fine watchmaking throughout the world and Amanda exclusively provides training in selling skills and the management of watch boutiques.
