Joint Planning Project (JPP)

The Joint Planning Project (JPP) is a spectrum planning group established by a Memorandum of Understanding between the BBCand OfCom (formerly the ITC), OfCom's spectrum planning contractors (Crown Castle engineering and ntl), and with D3&4, SDN and Crown Castle mux operators as observers. It is intended to develop detailed frequency plans for the enhancement of the existing DTT transmitter network and for the future post-switchover network.
