We are extremely pleased to announce the acquistion of "PC Electronics Ltd", now known as "Ability P.C. Electronics Ltd".

The acquistion in August 2005 enables us to offer a greater range of P.C.B. Assembly services; including S.M.T. assembly, Wire Looms and Conformal Coating.

We are still selling software for "Online Product Lifecycle Management" as an agent for Arena Solutions.
