Whilst filling archive boxes the
client may choose to fill out an inventory sheet detailing the contents of their
particular box. Each box may also be assigned a destruction date detailing when
it is no longer required in storage, at which point a number of options are
available to the client. (See page on
destruction)
On
arranging a collection time one of our collection couriers will pick up the
items for storage. Should the client wish their storage boxes can be
security sealed at their premises on collection providing complete peace of
mind. Upon signing the collection note, the boxes will be assigned an id
number, loaded and delivered to our warehouse where they are logged into the
computer tracking system. Once an item has been logged into the warehouse, at the touch of a button we can track boxes in transit, storage and detail a movement history should the client wish. We believe that efficiency and confidentiality with a personal service are the key qualities that our clients value, and it is these values that we constantly strive to improve. Standard prices assume the client fills their boxes with an inventory of each box (optional). Standard collection and delivery rates assume clients are located within a 20 mile radius of our premises. Outside this area rates will be negotiated on an individual basis.
