We take the items destined for storage, identify them, log them into our computerised tracking system allowing easy retrieval and if required time stamp them for return to the client or confidential destruction at the termination date. 

To ensure complete peace of mind archived material can be security sealed utilising anti-tamper tape or security tags.  These methods have proven far superior to the banding as employed by some companies.  Evidence of opening is visible either through a different tag number or in the case of anti-tamper tape a warning message.

 All storage items are retained in our safe, secure, controlled premises.  Clients have unrestricted access to their documents through a range of collection and retrieval services, with data operatives on call 24 hours a day for documents required outside of our normal working hours.

 Archives Express UK understand that due to the nature of document storage in archive boxes we are in a position to use large quantities of paper and cardboard, in the services offered to our clients.  Which is why, as part of our commitment to minimising the impact on the environment we strive to source and use either recycled products or products which are 100 % recyclable. We would encourage our clients to do the same as part of a commitment to reducing the impact businesses have on the environment.  All waste paper is recycled.
