Our location is perfect for peace and quiet; not far
away lie the lively villages of Bowness and Windermere,
and having the A590 so accessible makes the market towns
of Kendal, Ulverston and Barrow within easy reach. Our
position is perfect for touring the lakes. However,
a car is essential to make the most of your holiday.
The park is unique, being such a small and peaceful
hideaway with private lake frontage. The ideal opportunity
for lake use and water sports.
During you stay you are welcome to use our local country
club. Here you can indulge yourself in the wet area;
swimming, sauna, steam and hot tub. Workout in the gym,
play squash, badminton and snooker. Or indulge in a
treatment and top up your tan, then finish with refreshment
in the club bar.
All our accommodation has parking for one vehicle and
are located in secluded positions.
Beds are made up for your arrival.
Gas and electricity are included.
All homes are non-smoking.
All our homes are guaranteed clean!
Cots and high chairs are available to pre-book.
Sorry, no pets in the holiday homes, but please be
aware that our private holiday home owners may
have pets.
There is an on site laundry facility and public telephone.
Please note that the local area has little mobile phone
reception.
Holiday homes are available form 4pm on your arrival
day.
Holiday homes need to be vacated by 10am on your departure
day.
The nearest services/shop is located at Newby Bridge,
3 miles away.
Public transport offers a limited service along the
A592.
