The journey of the Christmas shepherds is an interesting one, for it was while they were at work that they heard the message. God speaks to us not only in sacred buildings but in the everyday world, too. The shepherds returned to their flocks with joy. Nor can we stay at the crib, but we can know the joy of His presence and love every day of the year. This Christmas time, let us take the step of faith to meet the Saviour who can transform our lives and fill them with purpose and peace. - Donald Woodhouse |
