Vale House is managed by a voluntary Board of Directors; they appoint a registered manager who is responsible for the daily running of the home. As a registered charity (no 299766) and a registered company (no 2220564), Vale House is non-profit-making and receives no direct grant from any public authority. Some residents are supported in part by social and healthcare directorates; others use their own funds.
