BSEC Design prepares contract specifications against which realistic tenders can be obtained for the logical programming and execution of the work.

The next and most essential step is to ensure maintenance work is actually carried out in accordance with the contract requirements.

Once an effective liaison between client and contractor is established we can monitor performance as well as exercise disciplined control of such aspects as additional works and payment for work done.

Portfolio Management

We have experience in surveying a large portfolio of properties and preparing back log maintenance schedules and databases.

We can interface with a range of property databases via spreadsheet programmes and E Mail.
