Staffing

The day-to-day running of both Nurseries is overseen by Mrs Mary Turner - a qualified early years teacher who has had many years experience of both teaching and managing pre-school and young children.

There are two suitably qualified deputy managers at both nurseries:

The Children Act requires that at least 50% of the staff are recognised as fully qualified.

Our staff are carefully chosen for their qualifications, experience and for the various skills they are able to offer. They are all kind, caring people with the interests of the children at the forefront of everything they do.

At times we will have trainee staff at the Nursery on 'placement' as part of their training programme but they will always be under the guidance of an experienced / qualified staff member.

The management and staff recognise that the child's needs and safety are paramount and are committed to provide an environment that is not only safe but also stimulating and happy.

The excellent selection of carefully chosen toys and equipment plus the wide range of activities available enable the staff to work together to provide quality care and education for the children, thus giving them a good start in life.
