Control of our machines and systems are designed and built in house.
At Camline, we can offer programming for any proprietary brand of PLC. Our default PLC of choice is Omron, which is a powerful ,inexpensive and easily utilised PLC. Omron offers easy programming with a full range of add-on modules for such functions as temperature control, servo and stepper control, analogue and communications functions.
It may be easily networked with other Omron PLC's and can communicate through a modem if required (useful for remote fault analysis without requiring a visit to the customers site).

We have used the following PLC's in the past (when asked to do so by our customers) Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Modicon and Fanuc.
Also we can offer programming of other automaton devices in VB or C. such as Robots and positioning systems of many kinds.
We can offer PLC networks and remote I/O networks if required by the project and have installed Profibus, ASI, CAN and CC-link.
