Vacuum Pick Up, Auto-Label and Stacking.

Sound Proofing mats are placed in stacks, picked by Vacuum,
Label is attached automatically then the  mats are then conveyed out of the machine.

Vacuum Pick Up and Hot Wire Forming / Folding of Acrylic Sheets.

Clear PVC sheets are placed in stacks on the lift station where they are gently blown with De-ionised air.

They are then picked by vacuum Generator  and pads and placed on a series of heated wires and folded twice.

They are picked, folded again then placed on an exit chute.
