Auto-Bun de-tray, skillet separation and packing systems for tarts.

2 full Trays are loaded at a time onto the two drive conveyors.

The trays are fed through and the tarts are removed.

The empty trays are fed under the machine and fed back to the loading operator.

The buns are accumulated on a conveyor, sensed, scooped and placed automatically in skillets.

The packed skillets are then conveyed to a shrink wrap machine.

Skillet Separation from overhead, placement and index conveyed to the packing stations.

Cake Slicing, scrap removal, skillet separation and packing machine. Servo Motors, Vacuum and Grippers

Slabs of cake are placed onto a stainless steel, indexing Cutting belt.

The cake is sliced longitudinally and the scrap removed. The slices are then indexed to the next station.

The cake is then sliced across and the end, (scrapped) slices are dropped onto a conveyor and transported out of the machine.

Food skillets are separated from 4 magazines and conveyed via an index belt to the packing station.

The finished slices are then fed onto an accumulating conveyor where they are picked and placed into their skillets.
