The development is for 1, 2, and 3 bedroom flats with those on Murano Street benefitting from undercover car parking with external amenity provided by a landscaped deck.
 
The flats onto the canal have large glazing areas to benefit from passive solar gain and to enjoy extended views over Glasgow.
 
The first phase is due for completion in the Autumn of 2005 with further phases in 2006 and 2007.
