The first major new build housing project Campbell and Morris Associates were commissioned to carry out. This 40 unit housing development was completed in 1994 for Glen Oaks Housing Association.
 
The houses are a mixture of semi-detached and terraced houses which were the precursor for houses for sale by private developers in this area.
