Glasgow City Council first commissioned Campbell and Morris Associates in 1992 for essential repairs to 3 tenemental properties on Somerville Drive, Glasgow.
 
Since 1992 the Practice has been continuously employed by the Council for tenemental repairs to properties on Cathcart Road, Calder Street, Eglinton Street, Pollokshaws Road and Hyndland Street, Glasgow at a total contract value of £5 million.
