Commissioned by North Glasgow Housing Association Ltd to replace their existing offices in Springburn town centre, this new build £1 million office was completed in 2001 and officially opened that same year by the Rt Honourable Michael Martin MP, Speaker of the House of Commons.
 
The building provides general office space with state of the art technology and includes conference facilities for local community and business use.

Campbell and Morris Associates were appointed in 2003 to carry out a £1.6 million extension of the building to provide additional general office floor space and to expand greatly the community facilities. After a lengthy consultation process Planning Approval was achieved.
