Mr and Mrs Atkinson, the owners of the house, appointed Campbell and Morris Associates for the Category B repairs and upgrading of the Italinate villa overlooking the River Kelvin close to the BBC.
 
The £175,000.00 repair project benefited from grant from Historic Scotland and Glasgow City Council Conservation Section.
