Pollokshields Burgh Halls Trust appointed Campbell and Morris Associates for the Category A refurbishment and improvements to Pollokshields Burgh Halls and Lodge House off Maxwell Park, Glasgow.
The project was one of the first to benefit from Lottery Funding with other sources of finance including Historic Scotland and Glasgow City Council.
The project won the Premier Lead Contractors Association Award.
