Upstairs is accessed by stair and lift and provides another two en-suite bedrooms, an upstairs lounge and sleepover accommodation.

The property is fully registered, Secured By Design, and complies with all aspects of Housing for Varying Needs. Much of the servicing of the house, and particularly the heating system, is designed to East Dunbartonshire Council’s technical requirements controlling efficiency and sustainability.
