is to provide clients with good advice, efficient service, fruitful

endeavour to create enjoyable places to live, work and play, designed in
full partnership with clients.
We are fully committed to low energy design and sustainable building, and
follow closely green issues and the impact of construction on the
environment.
Our established staff of qualified Architects, assistants, Clerk of Works
and administration staff means that we are able to react quickly on all
projects, with this being particularly relevant to our commercial clients
where a quick response and short drawing and construction programme is
crucial. The Partners long experience of retail and commercial
developments gives us a clear understanding of the pressures and
priorities of commercial projects.
When working with social housing Clients, we firmly believe that where
people are given a meaningful say in the design of their environment,
this leads to greater levels of satisfaction, an enhanced sense of
community and a pride in their surroundings. We therefore have to be able
to work in close co-operation with our clients, combining our design
expertise with their ideas, insights and aspirations, to create
architecture in an atmosphere of mutual trust.
All project work is carried out on computer, enabling us to enhance our
clients' abilities to become involved in decision-making by providing 3D
visualisations of projects throughout the design process.
We recognise that clients require a project specific service, tailor-made
to meet their needs and priorities. The project team is therefore
carefully selected on the basis of experience and expertise, including
full partner involvement and appropriate technical assistance.
Campbell and Morris Associates have received two construction awards:
In 2002 we received the Scottish Housing and Environmental Award as part
of the Design Team working on behalf of Faifley Housing Association and
also received the Lead Contractors Association Award for lead detailing
on Pollokshields Burgh Halls.
