It is on the Eden branch line bus route from St Austell Railway station to the EdenProject. There is ample off road parking and lots of safe playing areas for children. This bed and breakfast is a ten minute downhill walk to the StAustell town. It is about four miles from the Eden project and five miles from Heligan gardens. It has rooms for single occupancy and double rooms all of which are en-suite and have tea/coffee facilities. Parking available. REF: BF5

This bed and breakfast is a spacious family home built in the early 1930’s, formally used as a Residential Rest Home in the heart of St Austell. Set in a large secluded garden it is only a couple of hundred yards away from the coach and rail station and is most convenient for visitors using public transport. It has ample car parking on site.
