We have one family room with a double and a single bed; one double room; and one twin room. All rooms are en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities and colour tv. Both bedrooms and ensuites have controllable radiators and are well equipped and decorated.

All our rooms have fitted smoke alarms for the safety of guests and the whole property is strictly non-smoking. Your booking will be accepted on this basis. A good selection of books and other reading material is always available and we are dedicated to providing everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.

Meals are taken in our south facing conservatory which is also the guests lounge. This overlooks landscaped gardens with waterfall and has long distance views over open farmland to the highest point on Carleton Fell. We have a collection of books and board games which guests are welcome to borrow, also a range of books and pamphlets detailing the activities available in the area as well as Ordnance Survey maps of the locality.
