CBC Newsletter 05/04/2006

(This) Saturday 9th April  - Beach Clean/Boat Club Tidy morning - from 10am - Please come along and lend a hand - we need as many people as possible to clean the beach up and generally tidy the site (clearing the slipway, removing kelp, trashing brambles etc etc). If enough of us turn up we should get the whole job done in a couple of hours.

Dinghy sailing. No sailing yet but four lasers now down at the Boatclub ready to go - congratulations to  Isla for winning the prize 'first boat of the season ready to sail'.

For Sale - One of our club members has the following sailing dinghy for sale - Cadet CK5552 made by Butler mouldings.  £200 - Fibreglass hull, sails include spinnaker, aluminium mast. (does not include the trailer!)  Contact the Rangers on 01546 605229 if you are interested!    (Photo attached)

Sea Kayaking - we have received some info on sea kayaking courses for adults on Bute 16-17 April - please let me know if you want further info

Pub Night - see you all on Friday night usual time.

Keelboats - Please dont forget we have the weekend 20/21st May at Craighouse coming up fairly soon -  your chance to climb the Paps by proxy while staying safely on board your boats!
