Discounts
Frequent users receive a 30% discount on the above charges. Frequent users are defined as organisations using the hall at least once per month. The organisation will have its own key and will be responsible for the building while in occupation. If the building is not left as it was found and properly secured, the discount will be forfeited.

Local voluntary (non profit making) organisations qualify for a further 20% discount

A booking for Halls 1, 2 or 3, includes the use of the kitchen if required. There will be no charge for use of sound/lights (unless the services of an engineer are booked) but the operator must be approved by the hall committee.

A booking for the whole hall on a Saturday, takes precedence over regular users. The latter will receive a voucher for a free equivalent session.
