Returns policy
- All customers wishing
to return defective goods under warranty must
obtain an RMA number by sending an e - mail with the following button
- No
product will be accepted without a valid RMA number and completed RMA form.

Products returned which have not been supplied by CTL Computer Technologies
Ltd will not be processed and will only be returned after payment clearance
from the customer for the return courier service .
- Products which are
returned and are outside the warranty period will not be replaced and will
only be sent back after payment clearance.
- No
advance product replacements will be issued under any circumstances.
- When a
product is replaced under warranty the replacement product will have the
remainder of the original product warranty assigned to it.

Any
product which has been returned for warranty replacement and has been modified
intentionally or unintentionally , will not be replaced or
returned.

Power supply units returned
for warranty replacement will not be processed if the warranty seals
have been broken, defaced or removed, furthermore, the warranty will be void.

All goods returned for
replacement under warranty must be in their original packing and be complete
with all accessories and fittings. Accessories and fittings which are found to
be missing will be charged to the customer prior to return of the goods.
- Chassis
which are rejected for physical or mechanical damage and are found upon
investigation to have been built up will not be replaced under warranty.
- Goods
which are in a dirty or un saleable condition will not be accepted for
warranty replacement.
- Goods which have
rejected on an RMA and have been damaged by the customers courier will not be
repaired or replaced.
- CTL Computer
Technologies Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever for transit damage by the
customers courier for goods which are returned on RMA or otherwise.
