Office Hours and Contact Details

In order to make an appointment to see the Clerk of the Council on a specific Council related issue, where possible, please telephone the Office in advance to arrange a mutually convenient time.
The telephone answering system operates on a 24 Hour basis.
Normal Office Hours are:
Monday 9.00 am – 12.00 noon and 1.00 pm – 5.00 pm
Tuesday 9.30 am – 12.00 noon and 1.00 pm – 5.30 pm
Wednesday 9.00 am – 12.00 noon and 1.00 pm – 5.00 pm
Thursday 9.30 am – 12.00 noon and 1.00 pm – 5.30 pm
Friday 9.00 am – 12.00 noon and 1.00 pm – 4.00 pm
Saturday & Sunday Closed
In an Emergency situation when the Office is closed, please telephone a local Member or the Chairman of Council. Members of the Public are also reminded that Council Staff are often at external meetings or on site visits throughout the Parish and, therefore, telephoning prior to visiting the Office is advised.
