Diane joined the practice over 20 years ago and is the "Boss". She is the engine room that organizes and ensures the smooth running of the practice. Diane is a qualified first aider and has taken a course in dental radiography, giving her the National Qualification which allows her to take dental x-rays. She has a young family and is a very busy lady indeed. She is our first line of defence and all problems pass through her most capable hands first. |

| Roger Gott was born in Cleethorpes and educated locally. He qualified from Liverpool University in 1971. He returned home and worked as a Community Dental Officer and then as an Associate with Bryan Major in Grimsby. The practice was founded in 1977 and moved to the Kingsway in 1987. Roger cycles, gardens, keeps fit, salmon fishes, grows orchids and holidays in France - but not all at the same time! He has expertise in hypnosis and orthodontics and can provide fixed appliances. He is well skilled on the surgery side - but does not like taking teeth out. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Born in 1959 in the heart of the Yorkshire coalfields, Roger was educated at Kings School Pontefract and graduated from Newcastle University in 1982. He worked in Hull and Doncaster before practicing in Louth. In his own words, he opted for the easy life in 1998, and now relishes his work in Cleethorpes. Best described as a "generalist" he has an interest in restorative (fillings, crowns, bridges) and cosmetic dentistry. Roger is a registered Denplan practitioner. He is married, with two children - one of which is autistic - this stands him in good stead for treating children with special needs. |

David Smith is a local person, born and educated in Cleethorpes, qualifying in Manchester in 1991. He completed a one-year postgraduate course in restorative dentistry under Paul Tipton and has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry involving bleaching teeth, veneers, extensive crowns and bridges. He is a golfer, likes the Lake District, fine wines, women and song! |

Berto - "The Wild Colonial Boy" - comes from South Africa where he had his own practise in Durban. The blue of the Pacific has been swapped for the grey of the Humber. Married, with a young daughter, Berto specialises in endodontics (root fillings) and is a nice guy and staunch rugby fan! |

Michael - another "Colonial Boy" - hails from Colraine in Northern Ireland. He qualified from Manchester University last year (2002) and this is his first situation in general practise. Dentistry and writing short stories are his hobbies. |

Qualified Leeds 2005.Hussain is doing his registration year and has brought with him a load of up to date ideas on various aspects of the job. His input into the practice has been most useful.He hopes to specialise in Orthodontics.
