Hourly Hire rates for Neuadd Dyfi Facilities 

 All hourly rates include the use of the kitchen. In addition, electricity used will be metered and charged to hirers at the average cost to Neuadd Dyfi.

  These hire rates will apply to all bookings accepted from April 2008

** Denotes a guide price, firm quotations will be given on request.

For longer bookings or bookings that require special equipment or facilities please contact for a quotation.

All rates will be reviewed on 1April 2009, or such other time as circumstances require.

 Definition of Users
 Local  Lives or is based in the Aberdyfi community Council"area of benefit" 
 Others  Hirer is not a "local " hirer.
 Non Commercial  Hirer is not using facilities for a business purpose and is not charging for entry to event
 Commercial  Hirer is using facilities for a business purpose or is charging for entry to the event.
         
Settlement of fees

In addition to the hire fee, a deposit may be required to be paid at time of booking. This deposit will be refunded in full after a satisfactory hire.Unless agreed otherwise by the bookings secretary the hire fees are due for settlement three days after the finish of the event. Where appropriate, settlement is due seven days after the date of the invoice.To make a booking pass a completed Booking Application Form to the Neuadd Dyfibookings secretary, who will also be able to supply any further information about the hall.
