Delivery Terms

Design e aim to have products ordered directly from Design e delivered within 5 working days from the date payment is received, subject to availability of product.

Orders from overseas aim to be delivered within 8 working days from the date payment is received, subject to availability of product. The delivery time is dependent on the delivery country and address and Design e will notify the purchaser regarding the estimated delivery time.

In the event that the chosen products are out of stock then Design e will notify the purchaser to enable them to cancel the order if desired, or select an alternative.

Overseas orders will have the delivery charges added to the cost of the product. These charges are dependent on delivery country and address and will be quoted to the purchaser and agreed before any payment is taken.

Delivery terms and timings for Limited Editions and bespoke colour sales will be quoted for against a specific order enquiry.

Design e take significant precautions with packaging etc to make sure that their products arrive to the purchaser in perfect condition. If this is not the case the purchaser should please notify Design e immediately on receipt of the products.

Important: Design e believe in a fair pricing policy with no hidden costs and therefore offer FREE DELIVERY in the UK for all products bought direct from Design e.

Returns

Returns Policy

All Design e products come with a 30 day money back guarantee, provided that the products are in new condition with blank warranty cards, all boxes and packing, manuals and original sales receipt.

Contract cancellation and Receiving Refund Policy:

1 The purchaser must inform Design e in writing of their cancellation within seven working days starting on the day the products are delivered.

2 The purchaser must return the products in their original packaging, unused and within 30 days of cancellation.

3 Items may not be returned without a Return Authorisation Number which is obtained by calling 44 (0) 1243 377899.

4 Credit/Debit card refunds will be made providing Design e are satisfied that the goods are in an acceptable condition as mentioned above.

5 Only the cost of the goods will be refunded, the purchaser will have to pay the delivery costs, unless the reason for return is due to an error on the part of Design e. If this occurs then the collection of the products will be made at a cost to

Design e.

Design e do not charge a "restocking fee".
