Payment 

 

Payment Terms

Design e offers the opportunity to pay by bank transfer for all their products.

Bank transfers from outside the UK  will only be accepted if the additional transfer costs are paid by the purchaser.
The payment will be processed when the purchaser's bank transfer is received. Once the payment is received Design e will dispatch the products. The processing of off-line payments may take several days.

An order for Design e products using bank transfer payment  can be started by calling:  44 (0) 1243 377899

 

The GT1 Series loudspeakers are made to order and a 10 % deposit is required to start the order.

The 90% remainder of the payment is required when the order is ready to ship.

Important: In the unlikely event that the purchaser wishes to cancel the order at a latter date, the 10 % deposit would be non refundable.

 

Design e offers the opportunity to pay for GT3 Series loudspeakers by online payment, in the UK only. Online payment is made via major credit and debit cards: Visa, Switch and Solo: by means of a secure payment system (the purchaser's card is charged at the day of your order for security reasons). Design e accept  online payments which are processed in GBP. In the event that the chosen products are out of stock then Design e will notify the purchaser to enable them to cancel the order if desired, or select an alternative.

 

 

 

 

If the purchaser places a high-value order Design e reserve the right to contact the purchaser for further confirmation of the order details, prior to authorisation. Please note that if the Design e insurance company or fraud department suspect a fraud Design e reserve the right to cancel a transaction for security purposes.

 

In an effort to reduce fraud, Design e have issued new measures of security. All orders placed on the Design e website are screened for security purposes. For Design e to proceed with the purchaser's order they may be required to provide Design e additional information and, or documentation.
When this is required, Design e will contact the purchaser either by phone, or by email, outlining what information is required.


Design e apologise about any inconvenience this may cause. These measures are intended for the purchaser's protection, due to the large amount of credit card fraud on the internet, and to allow Design e to quickly reimburse anyone who has been a victim of a fraudulent transaction.

This security process may cause a delay in delivery schedules. Design e reserves the right not to process any order at its discretion.

Service

 

Service and Repair

Design e products have been designed and are manufactured to the highest possible standards.
These products should not require regular servicing in order to maintain peak performance.

 

Design e warrants that their products will remain free from the effects of defective materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.


If the purchaser would like Design e to carry out any modification or repair, which is not covered by the warranty, Design e will agree a reasonable price for labour and materials before carrying out the modification or repair.

 

Design e will also charge for the cost of transit of the product.
