Now for some basic household rules:

We will uphold a high quality of acceptable behaviour at our venue.

The following is what we consider respectable behaviour.

Please treat our place with the same respect as you do at home
that means do not stub out cigarettes on the floor, ashtrays are provided for this purpose.
 
Chewing gum....please do not stick it to every possible space apart from the ashtrays provided.

Politeness and courtesy is a must.

We will not tolerate at any time obnoxious or threatening behaviour to anyone.

Please remember that everyone is entitled to there own fantasies,
so do not judge others if it does not suit your taste.

It is essential that you ask before you join in any situation.
Remember No means No.
Anyone who is making a nuisance of themselves will be asked to leave.

We do not have a licensed bar and even though we want people to enjoy themselves we will not tolerate excessively drunk or disruptive behaviour.

If in the event a couple argues and one partner leaves we will insist the other to follow.
On the same lines if a couple is arguing to the point where it is upsetting or harming others they will be asked to leave.

We do not and will not allow any drugs onto the premises and drug taking of any form will result in the person or persons being asked to leave and their membership revoked no matter who you are.

Recording equipment including Mobile phones of any kind
are not permitted past the reception area.

If in the event an important call needs to be made please go to the main entrance area.

All cameras and any other recording devices (unless authorised by a club owner) will be strictly prohibited.
Anyone caught using any of the above could be asked to leave and membership will be revoked.

Using any equipment at DESTINY SX will be at the members own risk and if in the event of any injury what so ever and no matter how it was caused Destiny SX will not be held responsible for any loss damage to personal property nor to personal injury.
This includes Stairs, Poles, Chairs and all other items in Destiny SX.

The owners of the venue have the right to refuse admission and to ask anyone to leave, and in extreme cases terminate their membership with no refund.
