MEMBERSHIP & DECLARATION
DESTINY SX
Being a member of Destiny SX you will get more for
your membership than any other venue.
Your membership entitles you to discounts on items for our clothing and toys
and
also for priority for other special events we will be holding.
Membership is subject to a satisfactorily
completed application form
and adequate proof of identification being made
available.
e.g.
Driving License or Passport, plus a recent utility bill for each person.
You will be asked to fill out a membership form and
a disclaimer which protects us as well as you.

MEMBERSHIP
Membership is renewable annually.
You need not pay for your membership on your
initial visit
but you will be required to fill in a membership form and will be payable on
your next visit.
Single Gentlemen at £40
Only accepted from gentlemen
who are validated, known and genuine.
At the time of first visit, guys will be interviewed by a member of the
management,
given a guided tour of the club and receive an explanation of the
club rules and expected standards of behaviour.
Proof of identity will also be checked before the membership forms are completed
and membership granted
Gentlemen with a
Couples membership card will not be allowed entry to the club as a single.
Single Females at £10
Couples at £20
Please note that having a couples membership
you can only attend as a couple it
does not allow the male or the female of the couple to come alone to
other events.
Declaration:
I/we declare that I/we are/am over 18 years of
age, and that I/we are/am attending DESTINY SX of
my own free will, and in the full knowledge that the location is a private
members venue.
I/we confirm that I/we are/am aware what this
means and that I/we will not be shocked or offended by nudity or by any sex acts
that I may observe between consenting adults.
I/we confirm that if I/we are/am a member of
the press or security forces, I/we shall inform the management of
DESTINY SX on arrival and that entry to the venue
may be refused.
I/we understand that I/we will not communicate what I/we have witnessed at the
venue to any third person, who does, or who may work for or report to the press
or police.
I/we understand that should I/we do so, the owner of
DESTINY SX may sue for damages for and on behalf of any or all the people
who were attending at the time.
I/we understand that I/we are/am not allowed
to bring any cameras or recording devices of any sort into the venue.
I/we understand that if I/we attempt to do so the host reserves the right to
refuse entry, and to keep any objects found for further investigation.
If I/we are/am found using any type of recording device for sound or visual
images I/we authorize the hosts to destroy the recordings and/or film
immediately.
Using any equipment at
DESTINY SX will be at the members own risk and if
in the event of any injury what so ever and no matter how it was caused
DESTINY SX will not be held responsible for any
loss damage to personal property nor to personal injury.
This includes Stairs, Poles, Chairs and all
other items in Destiny SX.
