have one of the UKs Top Pole Dancers to run courses here.
Courses are open for both women and men.

First and foremost
the six week courses here at Destiny SX
are FUN.
Remember there is no right or wrong way to pole dance, there is only a safe way.
It is your interpretation of the moves that make your routine individual.
Pole dance uses muscles that you never knew you had, so after the session or two you
may feel some muscle fatigue and you will inevitably have a few bruises.
As the
course progresses you will notice an improvement in muscle strength and
suppleness.
You become stronger and your body will become used to the knocks it
receives.
Remember every class starts with a warm up and finishes with a warm down to
limit muscles pulls
Bronze -
Basic
This course will introduce you to the pole, floor moves and a combination of the
two.
In each of the six week classes we will build up a number of moves into a
choreographed routine.
At the end of the six week course each student will be presented with a
certificate of completion.
Silver -
Intermediate
Having graduated
from the bronze level you are then qualified to enrol on the sliver.
Here you will refresh your previous pole and floor skills moving on to a more
advanced catalogue of dance moves.
Gold -
Intermediate 2
As with the
bronze and silver, the gold level will incorporate all you have learned in the
first two stages of your tuition along with more complex pole moves and
routines.
Platinum -
Advanced
To complete the
platinum course the student must have been pole dancing regularly for a period
of four months.
The student must be able to execute the catalogue of moves in the bronze, silver
and gold levels.
This course is physically demanding.

WILL BE ADJUSTED AS PER THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WHO BOOK.
A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £20 WILL ENSURE YOUR PLACE.
