We have tried to achieve a balance between modern standards of accommodation and comfort without destroying the character of Dingle Dell which is now attracting the children and grand children of our original guests to share a holiday with their children.

In keeping with its style and character Dingle Dell has a simple layout comprising of 2 small double bedrooms and a bunk room providing cosy sleeping for up to 6 people. There are no corridors or hallways in the chalet each room provides access to the next.
The Kitchen/ Living room has a range of worktops with cupboards beneath. We have intentionally restricted domestic appliances to a minimum. A refrigerator, cooker and microwave mean you won't starve.
The large shower room has an electric shower, W.C and Wash basin with over sink water heater. As we only let during the warmer months central heating is not necessary but we do have electric, oil filled radiators for the chilly mornings and evenings of early May and late September. Electricity is provided by a £1 coin meter.
On arrival you will find all the comfortable pine beds will have been made up, but we do ask our guests to strip the beds before departure. The limited time available for changeover means that we can not allow pets, sorry!
Normal check in time is noon on Saturdays, we are happy to accommodate those wishing to avoid the traffic if we know about late arrivals in advance. The Chalet needs to be vacated by 10 am on departure day to allow us to clean through.
