E.L.B. Partners Ltd are delighted to announce our 4th award in 5 years of becoming shareholder members of Pallet-Track Ltd. On November 8th 2008 we attended the annual Pallet-Track award ceremony held at Alton Towers where we awarded with the “Best Delivery Depot 2008” this award was voted for by all 68 depots and is one of only 2 awards given each year. This was the 2nd year running that E.L.B. has been the receiver of this prestigious award.

All of our vehicles are now fitted with GSM tracking along with Tom Tom Satellite Navigation systems which will help maximise productivity, it will also help with the reduction of fuel use-age thus maximising all trucks on fuel economy and in turn keep our costs down. This exciting addition will also enable our operations team to continually track our fleet of trucks and give our customers real time delivery/collection times. We are able to extract many detailed reports from the system and we will know even if the driver has the ignition key in the ignition or if the vehicle has been idling for a continued amount of time.

Pallet-Track Ltd are delighted to announce their relocation to a high specification premises close to their existing site in the West Midlands. Their new site in Wolverhampton is 267,300 sq. ft. (24,900 sq. m) and more than trebles their existing facility. For more infomation please see here

E.L.B. takes delivery of it’s 4th new 44 ton Renault Premium in 6 months adding to the current fleet of 30 vehicles with more on order waiting delivery, all vehicles are the latest models with Euro 5 engines with extremely low exhaust emissions.

E.L.B. Partners Ltd are delighted to announce that our continued service levels have been recognised yet again with an unrivalled third award. On Saturday 10th November 2007 the management and operational staff attended the Pallet-Track AGM, General meeting and awards ceremony held at The Alton Towers Hotel. At the awards ceremony we were nominated for three of the six available awards for Depot Members and won the very prestigious “Delivery Depot Of The Year Awards” this award is made more special due to the fact that it is one of only two awards presented that the whole network have to vote for.
The criteria for this award are as follows:
- Service levels, the winner is expected to have above the normal accepted standards of delivery of the whole Networks freight.
- Considerations on geographical areas and the amount of postcode areas that the nominees service.
- The volumes delivered by the winning depot.
- The problems brought about by the areas they deliver and of course conformance through general monitoring practises set by the Hub.
On Saturday 3rd December 2005
Pallet Track and it’s shareholder members
held their annual national conference. We are delighted
to announce that ELB Partners Limited were recognised for
it’s superb efforts and contributions to the company
and it’s network by awarding us with both of their
annual awards of ‘The Hub’s Depot of the Year’,
and ‘Depot’s Depot of the Year’.
This is a unique achievement as no depot has
ever won both of the annual awards before, as well as bearing
in mind the fact that this was the company’s first
full year in the pallet distribution business with the Pallet
Track network.
The awards were based upon the key
criteria of :
- collection and delivery quality performance
- customer service and satisfaction
- friendliness and co operation of delivery and
customer support staff
- trunking quality
- financial concurrence
These awards have demonstrated the commitment
and investment the company has made in purchasing it’s
own warehouse operation, expansion of it’s fleet and
the recruitment and development of it’s personnel.
It has also proven to fully support the decision
of the ELB Board of Directors to change company policy and
strategy in this new market departure.

all of their suppliers for their help in achieving this
fantastic result, as well as all of their Pallet Track customers,
without whose business and excellent way of working together
we would never have been able to sustain our business and

Due to the rapid growth of
ELB’s business, we have made a substantial investment
to purchase our own custom built warehouse and site. We
have great pleasure in announcing that by the end of May
2005 we will be moving to this new site in Wimbledon, SW19
which will immediately give us 4 times the current capacity
and capability. Further updated details will be posted in
this section in the near future
