We are used to working closely with our customers from an early stage to enable
the best value solution to be found. The first contact with us can be many months,
even several years, before a project finally proceeds. This early start allows
accurate budgets to be identified & the solution to be properly integrated into
the works. By working in this manner we are able to plan the job correctly & to
take advantage of combining construction activities on site to save waste.
The project team may be lead by an architect, cost manager, principal contractor
or directly by the client. We submit our draft proposals with costings, adjusting
them as required by the team, as the project comes into more focus.

Because we have a broad experience ranging across the whole of the building
& construction industry plus electrical, hydraulic & mechanical engineering we
are able to play a full & useful role for the team.
Once the work is clearly identified & measured we will draw up our final quotation
& submit this for acceptance together with all our accreditations & paperwork.
As is standard industry practice, we would normally expect to attend a
pre-contract meeting to agree the order & contract conditions. Following receipt
of a firm order to commence we order the materials & plan the work to suit the
main contract plan given by the project planner.
We attend site & carry out the installation in accordance with the agreed plan
but always contact site to agree our visit a few days before to co-ordinate with
the project manager. The work is carried out in the agreed number of visits.
Site clearance & the protection of our & others works is carried out as agreed
in the contract documents.

Our operatives are suitably qualified for the work they are doing & carry cards to
confirm this.
Depending on the contract period we will make an application for payment or
raise an invoice for the work completed for the monthly valuation date. One of
our staff will always measure our job prior to asking for payment.
When the job is fully complete & inspected we will request our final payment
with an invoice.
It is our normal practice to repair or replace any item failing to meet the
specification within one year. (Subject to our normal standard conditions).
We always aim to build long term relationships with our customers so we
are truly an important part of the team.
