FENSEC LTD - QUALITY POLICY

 

Fensec Ltd is committed to complying with requirements and continually improving the effectiveness of all its operations in order to please customers, to provide stakeholders with adequate returns, business partners with increasingly effective operations and employees with job satisfaction. Each employee is responsible for the quality of their own work and is expected to take pride in recommending and achieving progress towards improving quality.

Fensec Ltd will support employees by specifying their responsibilities clearly and providing appropriate skills and training to enhance their achievement and contribution to business.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) will support efforts to bring about continuous and measurable improvements in our operations and processes, as well as gain Fensec Ltd’s certification status to BSEN, ISO 9001 - 2000.

Fensec Ltd provides a range of fencing, gates, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical engineering services from our office in Hemyock Devon UK.

These services range from complete project management (including prime contracting, detail design and planning supervision) to specialised sub-contracting on a wide range of fencing, gates, hydraulic & M&E projects covering the following sectors within the building & construction industry:

• Retail
• Distribution
• Defence
• Education
• Utilities & more

The objectives set by the company will be established by senior management and reviewed for continuing suitability at business management review meetings.

Our Quality Manual defines and develops the QMS and the methods used to implement the policy. It is supported by a set of procedures that is relevant to all parts of our diverse business and support functions.
