site was inspired by our involvement in the Sunday Times Oxford Literary
Festival in March 2004. Out of that came a book, OXFORD: ONE CITY, MANY
VOICES. You will find photographs and writings from the book here. Some
of them from homeless people who participated in the project;
some by
more
established authors.

This web page is created by visitors to the Gatehouse cafe, a drop-in centre for anyone over 25 who needs to find some space: sandwiches, home-baked cakes, newspapers and books and now laptop computers with access to the internet. And it's all free!
