By Train Local trains can be met by arrangement. Our nearest station is Seascale and this is about mid way on the line which runs from Carlisle to Barrow and vice versa around the Cumbrian coast. Main London trains leave from Euston. |

By Car You can reach us from the M6 either by leaving the motorway at Junction 36 and travelling to Gosforth via the A590 and A595, or leaving at junction 43, on the A69 through Carlisle, and then the A595. The pottery is at the northern end of the village of Gosforth. |

Once in the Lakes there is a spectacular route via the Wrynose and Hardknott passes from Ambleside, but this is not for the cautious or faint hearted. |
