Non-PC version was published in Biopharmaceutics and Drug Disposition Vol. 11, No. 6, 1990, p.477-497. Non-compartmental analysis option is fully validated and has been used in numerous regulatory submissions.

PCModfit is a comprehensive pharmacokinetics program. It is written predominantly in Fortran (Salford Software Ltd.) and uses a graphics library called Simpleplot (BUSS Ltd). The program will allow the user to conduct non-compartmental analysis very easily, simple and complex single and repeat dose simulations, modelling of pk and pd data, deconvolution, all with extensive plotting facilities and online help. All high quality graphics are stored as metafiles, taking up very little space and can be inserted into other packages e.g. Microsoft Word etc.

There is an additional module now built into PCModfit to calculate Time and AUC above user defined MIC values.
