Non-Compartmental Analysis
The model independent option in PCModfit allows the user to analyse files containing time-concentration data exported from a spreadsheet such as Excel. The user can easily select (or deselect) the number of data points interactively using high resolution graphics windows to estimate half-lives, tmax, Cmax and various types of AUC and AUMC. The results can be directly and neatly transferred to Excel spreadsheets via the clipboard or as text files so further editing can be conducted. High quality plots of the data and fitted line can easily be imported into Word etc. The graphics for all aspects of PCModfit are of excellent quality and can be sent to the screen, Windows metafiles (for direct incorporation into Microsoft Word or Powerpoint etc., where they can be resized etc.), or to any printer that is available in the Windows operating system. There are also extensive on-line help facilities.
