Simulation - Single Dose

PCModfit allows single dose simulations to be performed very easily with user control over time, route of administration, dose, rates, parameters etc. with any of the available models (currently greater than 100). The user can display several simulations on the same graph (high quality metafiles) and has control of the axis ranges, titles and sub-titles, line thickness and fonts all interactively. The report quality pictures of the drug concentration-time simulations can be printed to any Windows printer or imported into other Windows software. These pictures are often used for presentation and publication purposes.

Additionally, text files are generated containing a record of the simulation experiment. These text files contain all the PK information that was used to generate the simulations so they can be repeated at a later date.
