The easiest
way to book a place or contact us is via e-mail
Have a good look around the web site before
contacting us, just to make sure this is the type of site you want to stay at.
The only time we get disappointed customers is when they arrive expecting
something completely different to what we have to offer. Come here because you
want to, not because you couldn’t get a place somewhere else and just thought
this place would do. If you need somewhere where you can play your car stereo
or let your kids run riot then you are at the wrong place.
When you
e-mail us, please include a contact telephone number and the total number of
people.
We have broadband here so throughout the season we
keep checking for e-mail regularly throughout the day and although there are
bound to be exceptions we respond to 80% of e-mails within 3 hours. That said,
if you haven’t had a reply to an enquiry after 24 hours then please do chase it
up with a phone call just in case there’s a major computer crisis or the phone
line is down.

it’s hard to write things down or check availability from beneath a tractor
with hands covered in oil. Feel free to call for a general chat if anything on
this web site is unclear, ambiguous or if your needs are unusual.

Tent camping charges for 2012
Per Adult
per night £6.00
Per Child
per night (3-16 Yrs) £3.00
Electric
Hook-up per night £2.50*(if
available or coin meter)
Sacks of firewood £5.00
*As this is a small operation and
right on the end of the local power line, we don’t have much spare electrical
capacity for providing hook-ups.
Caravans
As above for tents but a minimum
charge of £10 per night.
WE DO NOT
CHARGE FOR:
Showers,
Babies, Dogs, Awnings, Extra Cars, Windbreaks, Gazebos or enormous tents! No
pitching fees or hidden charges on arrival.
*We don’t make a specific charge for
day visitors but when people come all day using toilets and other
facilities it gets beyond a joke. We think it’s fair to ask visitors to make a
voluntary contribution into our ‘honesty box’ in the kitchen.
Any deposit cheques should
be made payable to ‘Glyn Y Mul Farm’ but preferred means of payment for
deposits is via Internet Banking. We are not able to take cards of any kind
