Cubs at Greenbank
| We
currently have some 36 boys in the pack with a number of new faces and
the departure of a lot of our boys to Scouts. We have been greatly helped
by the assistance of two young leaders who have been undertaking their
Duke of Edinburgh Awards. We have also seen changes in the leaders with
Fiona Johnston who has been Akela for two years giving up to deal with
family commitments. Our thanks must go to Fiona who took on this commitment
with no background in the movement. John Watt who has been Fiona’s
assistant and Akela for the last three months is moving on to help with
Scouts. We are also extremely grateful to all our adult helpers, but particular
mention must be made of Moira Clink, who has been responsible for our
badges, administration and letters. |
