A
reminder of our regular activities:-
- The
Coffee Room is open to everyone in the community Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday and Friday from I0.00am - 4.30pm. Volunteers work in 3 shifts
-: 9.30 - 12noon; 12noon - 2.30pm; 2.30 - 5.00pm.
- The
Good Neighbour Club (Tuesdays 10.30am - 3pm) is for elderly people who
can make their own way here, men as well as women. They enjoy a vibrant
programme of activities, talks, slide shows and outings as well as morning
coffee, lunch and afternoon tea.
- Stitching
Group, for anyone interested in needlework. We are working on a commemorative
panel. Wed 1.30–3.30pm.
- The
Thursday Club for frail elderly people (11am–2.30pm). Members
enjoy a cooked lunch and an interesting programme of entertainment.
Transport is provided.
- Art
Group for older people. A relaxing morning of water colour painting.

Fri 10.30am–12.30pm.
- The
Saturday Break (for those with memory loss) meets fortnightly from 10am-
3pm, offering respite for carers.

do refer to us anyone who might benefit from any of these activities.
We
