RECYCLING OLD MOBILE PHONES AND PRINTER CARTRIDGES : As an experiment, the World Mission Group will collect used printer cartridges and old or unused mobile phones. The agency to which they are passed on will then make a payment to a charity of our choice. If you have items for disposal, bring them at any of the above dates (including the fair Trade fair on 18th March. [N.B. we have been told that regrettably Epson products cannot be accepted by the agency.]

ROY AND JANE DODMAN

Following the major changes announced by the World Mission Council, Roy and Jane are no longer official Church of Scotland Mission Partners. Their work in Jamaica continues, however, and a charitable company has been set up by a number of their former partner congregations in Edinburgh and Perth Presbyteries to provide support through congregations and individuals. More information is available in the February 2006 Leaflet. Please support this enterprise and Roy and Jane’s work through your prayers.

See further photographs of the Dodmans and life in Jamaica here.

Anyone who wishes to make a contribution to this work, should contact Bill Black 11 Larchfield, Balerno, Edinburgh, EH14 7NN billblack@blueyonder.co.uk
Further information can be had from Rev Dr Anne T Logan, 19 Eildon St, Edinburgh, EH3 5JU
