There is a One World Stall for fairly traded goods once a month between September and June.

Many local supermarkets now carry a range of fairly traded goods, including fresh fruit (oranges and bananas) and cut flowers, as well as tea, coffee, biscuits, cakes and sweets. 

Please look out for the Fairtrade logo when doing your shopping.

	HOLY LAND  In March 2009, Greenbank was one of a number of Edinburgh congregations linked with the Rev George and Mrs Margaret Shand when they moved to Jerusalem, where George is Minister of St Andrew’s, the Church of Scotland congregation in Jerusalem. Just before his departure, George outlined some of his hopes and priorities. One of these is to participate in peace and reconciliation through listening to people’s stories and through local co-operation with other Christian denominations. The “Partner Correspondents” at Greenbank are Gillian Sweetman, Charles Grant and John Ritchie. Read George’s blog at http://georgeshand.wordpress.com
ROY AND JANE DODMAN Following the major changes announced by the World Mission Council, Roy and Jane are no longer official Church of Scotland Mission Partners. Their work in Jamaica continues, however, and a charitable company has been set up by a number of their former partner congregations in Edinburgh and Perth Presbyteries to provide support through congregations and individuals. More information is available in the February 2006 Leaflet. Please support this enterprise and Roy and Jane’s work through your prayers.
