Surveys are carried out by our professionally trained surveyors to MDHS100
standard and we carry out on-going quality control checks to maintain the
highest standards of working practice.
Asbestos Risk Assessment: The survey is completed with the presentation of a complete risk assessment
and management strategy which acts as an asbestos register and a log for
ACM's (asbestos containing materials) on the premises. It is the foundation
of the 'Duty to Manage Asbestos' regulations within industrial, commercial
and domestic premises.
Asbestos Recognition and Determination: As already stated, our surveying techniques meet all MDHS100 requirements
and all samples are sent to UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service)
accredited laboratories for independent impartial analysis, providing clients
with the best possible service and results.
Asbestos Management Software: We can provide management software with training and support, which enables
clients to assess and manage their asbestos risk directly from a desk top
PC. This can be easily updated at relevant inspection intervals
