Airport Pick-up and Drop-off Service

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For the convenience of guests arriving by air, Hever Hotel has negotiated preferential rates on airport pick-up and drop-off transfers.

GATWICK

We will organise your collection from Gatwick Airport, directly to Hever Hotel for up to 4 people. You will be met at Gatwick Airport and brought directly to the hotel. Our transportation journey time is quicker (approx. 30 minutes) and a lot less stressful than public transport. We are also able to organise a return journey to Gatwick Airport, on the day of your choice.

From Gatwick Airport, via public transport, you will be required to do the following: Take a train from Gatwick to Redhill. At Redhill take a train to Tonbridge. Alight this train at Edenbridge. You will then require a taxi (approx. £6.00) from Edenbridge Station to Hever Hotel.

HEATHROW

For collection from Heathrow Airport by the Hotel service, you will be met at Heathrow Airport and brought directly to the hotel.  Our transportation journey time is quicker (approx. 1 hour) and a lot less stressful than travelling through the centre of London. We are also able to organise a return journey to Heathrow Airport, on the day of your choice. Costs will be confirmed at the time of booking.

From Heathrow Airport, via public transport, you will be required to do the following: Take a train from Heathrow to London Victoria. At London Victoria take a train to Edenbridge (you will normally have to change trains at either Redhill or Oxted). Alight this train at Edenbridge. You will then require a taxi (approx. £6.00) from Edenbridge Station to Hever Hotel.

 If you would like to make a booking for the shuttle service please email us and include the following information:

  • Flight Number

  • Arrival Time

  • Arrival Date

  • Airport & Terminal Number

  • Where You Are Flying From

  • Credit Card Number (Visa or Mastercard only)

  • Credit Card Expiry Date

  • Credit Card 3 Digit Security Number (Found on back of credit card)

 Once all of the above information has been received, we will confirm the booking via e-mail.

NOTE:  All prices are subject to change. If you are travelling on a bank holiday, please confirm costs before booking. Charges are per family group of up to four people. By booking the shuttle service, you agree that your Credit Card will be charged in the event of a wasted journey by our transport due to you taking alternative transport or not arriving on the stated flight.
